The personal data we collect about you will include data relating to your name, address, date of birth, email address and relevant past and current medical history that you have provided us with. We will process your personal data to allow us to provide you with our services. Your data will also be used to manage future communications between us including information about your class times, course details, and communications about our products and services. We will only use your data for the purpose for which it was collected. We do not share your data with any other third party. How we store your data:
All data is stored in files and on our computer in our locked office. Your clinical notes are stored securely for a period of up to 7 years as required by law. All electronic data is password protected and only accessible by authorised individuals.
Our updated policy on our website explains your rights under this new law and became effective May 25, 2018. By continuing to use our services, sites and apps after this date, you agree to these updated terms.
