I am hugely passionate about health and well-being after my own health struggles led me to seek naturopathic practices. After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, I underwent many medical interventions and took prescribed medications, but none of them could tell me why my own immune system had started attacking itself and none of them were treating the root cause just suppressing my symptoms, and that started making me feel unwell in other areas.

I tried out so many different diets, health practices, various foods and herbs to try and combat my symptoms – some helped, some made me feel worse, but I wasn’t really sure which ones, it was a minefield!

It wasn’t until I started working with a Naturopathic Nutritionist that I started to understand what was happening to my body and most importantly why. 60-minute Wellbeing & Nutrition MOT (£120) – A 60-minute consultation offering one-off support, to help get you back on the road to wellness. You will receive a personalised report, nutritional action plan, food diary analysis

Classic Programme (£399) – This is for you if you are looking to power-up your nutrition and lifestyle for optimal health or are inspired to take action to support yourself with a particular diagnosis or health issue. This is usually a 12-week programme, but we can tailor timing for your individual needs. You will receive Initial Consultation (90 minutes of detailed information gathering), 2 follow-up sessions (45 minutes spread over 12-weeks), 2 15-minute coaching calls in between follow-up sessions, Bespoke nutritional & lifestyle recommendations, Detailed diet, lifestyle and supplement protocols, Personalised shopping lists, Tailored Handouts to support implementing recommendations, 10% discount on supplements, 5% discount on certain functional tests.
