Millie is a Holistic Physiotherapist

Millie helps you get to the root cause of physical pain and emotional imbalance by looking at the whole picture – your body, mind, and lifestyle.

With a BSc in Physiotherapy, a Sports Massage Diploma, training in spinal mobilisation and yoga, and experience across the NHS, private practice, and elite sports teams, Millie brings a wealth of expertise. Combined with her own journey of naturally healing a 50-degree scoliosis and chronic health conditions, she blends science, intuition, and embodied wisdom to meet your unique needs.

Her work combines:

  •  Physiotherapy to assess, diagnose, and restore natural movement
  •  Deep fascia bodywork to release stored tension and pain
  •  Ayurvedic principles to align diet and lifestyle
  •  Somatic coaching – a body-based approach using movement, breath, and awareness to calm the nervous system, reprogram subconscious patterns, and restore a sense of safety and wholeness.

This isn’t just about easing pain and discomfort – it’s about realignment: physically, emotionally, and energetically. Through this work, you’ll feel more mobile, relaxed and self-confident.

Each session lasts up to one hour, allowing time to address your unique needs
